The IQF Tunnel Freezer features a straight-line conveyor structure where products are evenly distributed on the belt and rapidly pass through the maximum ice crystal formation zone under forced low-temperature airflow. With a simple structure, stable operation, and easy maintenance, it is suitable for continuous freezing of various food forms.

Products enter the freezing tunnel via the infeed conveyor. Under forced circulation of low-temperature air, efficient heat exchange occurs between the cold airflow and the product surface. Driven by high-efficiency fans, uniform airflow is formed inside the tunnel, enabling rapid freezing and achieving individual quick freezing within the set time.
