Working Principle

After entering the freezing zone via the conveyor belt, strong and evenly distributed cold air is blown upward from below, creating a fluidized effect. The cold air rapidly removes heat from the food, achieving fast freezing.

This process ensures each food piece is individually quick frozen (IQF), without clumping or damage, maintaining its original shape and quality.

How Fluidized Bed Freezing Works

After pre-treatment (washing, cutting, grading), the food is evenly spread on the conveyor belt and rapidly cooled to the target temperature under high-velocity airflow.

Once frozen, the products remain as free-flowing individual pieces, ready for packaging or further processing.
